Caramel Apple Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 oz package instant butterscotch pudding mix
  • 8 oz can crushed pineapple in juice
  • 8 oz carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 Cup miniature marshmallows
  • 3 Cups chopped unpeeled apples
  • 1 Cup dry roasted peanuts

Directions

  1. Mix together pudding mix and crushed pineapple and juice.
  2. Fold in whipped topping, then miniature marshmallows.
  3. Add apples and peanuts and combine.
  4. Refrigerate.
