Caramel Apple Salad
Ingredients
- 3 oz package instant butterscotch pudding mix
- 8 oz can crushed pineapple in juice
- 8 oz carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 Cup miniature marshmallows
- 3 Cups chopped unpeeled apples
- 1 Cup dry roasted peanuts
Directions
- Mix together pudding mix and crushed pineapple and juice.
- Fold in whipped topping, then miniature marshmallows.
- Add apples and peanuts and combine.
- Refrigerate.
