Ingredients
- 4 ears corn
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbl chili powder
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 Tbl chopped parsley
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Place each ear of corn on a sheet of aluminum foil. Alternatively, keep corn husks attached and use in place of foil.
- Mix all ingredients (mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, chili powder, ground black pepper, and parsley) together in a bowl until they form a thick paste.
- Rub 2 tablespoons of the paste over each ear of corn.
- Wrap the aluminum foil around the corn and seal, or fold corn husks around each ear of corn.
- Arrange corn on a baking sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, turn, and continue baking another 15 minutes.
