Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
Directions
- Add milk and lemon juice to small bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes or while combining other ingredients.
- In a medium bowl combine all dry ingredients. Whisk together.
- Add curdled milk and egg to dry ingredients. Mix lightly, leaving clumps in batter.
- Heat skillet to medium-low temperature (4/10).
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto skillet for each pancake. Pancakes are ready to flip when bubbles appear and edges become rounded.
- Makes about 8 pancakes.
